Dogs are my number one passion from a very early age.
it has always been a part of my life in a huge way. I started training at the age of 15 years old and from there never stopped!
My goal as a dog trainer is to help bridge a connection from you to your dog making communication and understanding easy and natural! Always teaching you in a easy and clear way to get fast results. I will go into all the details to make you not only fix behavioral issues but to understand the dogs thought process throughout the whole session! I also am a Veterinary Technician Assistant working towards becoming a Vet Technician currently. I do it all for the dogs and work to be the best all-around in every aspect of the dogs training and health! To ensure that you are leaving your babies in the most capable hands!
I specialize in Dog reactivity and Dog behavior. I also have extensive knowledge on leash training and reactivity. Everything in between. I specialize in proper dog socialization and proper corrections. I am a balanced trainer/Positive reinforcement.
Not only do I do Training I offer a unique boarding experience like no other. Instead of being in a kennel while you are away our dogs are free roaming in a home environment. Each day doing daily activities such as long beach walks and dog parks! Always safe and stress free! Each dog is treated special and like a part of my family.
With 12 years of experience In difficult dogs and breeds you are in good hands. I have done it all from grooming to bite work! training has a wide variety to pick from and personalize to fit your life and needs! Looking forward to helping you and your furry friends.

Alyssa is absolutely amazing!!! I was so nervous to board my big baby Nora when we went on vacation . I definitely did not want her anywhere where she was going to be in a kennel half the day. From the moment Nora went with Alyssa she was treated like family. She played with other dogs, got lots of snuggles and loves from Alyssa, and went on lots of walks. My mind was so at ease on vacation knowing Nora was being taken such great care of. I loved the photos, videos, and daily updates. Nora was clearly having a blast on her own little vacation. We will definitely be using perfect pups again and again!!!
Never would trust anyone else with my furry family members! Alyssa is a dog whisperer who is so knowledgeable and effective! Wether it’s training my feral rescue puppy to be well behaved and obedient, to boarding my pup while giving me frequent updates with walks, beach visits and more! She is truly the best out there and I will ALWAYS recommend!!!

Alyssa is amazing! She is so talented and reliable and made my fur baby feel like home. She is SO good with training dogs, and helped my opal with her biting problem! 10000% recommend for all your training- boarding needs. She will treat your baby as if it were her own.

My baby girl Boston boarded with Perfect pups back in may and had been training with them a bit longer than that! They have been AMAZING with her, so patient as she had some struggles in the beginning with things like, ptsd, pulling on the leash, jumping and being very reactive to other dogs. She has now conquered leash walking and no longer try’s to pull me where ever she wants to go! Boston was also dealing with some PTSD and the patience Alyssa had with her was just amazing and made Boston trust her (which she doesn’t do easily).She boarded with perfect pups for 3 days and had the best mini vacation a pooch could ever ask for!! I would 10/10 recommend Perfect Pups to anyone looking for a patient, kind and well educated trainer/boarder! My baby loves everyone on the perfect pups team because they are truly amazing.
Our dog had an amazing vacation with Alyssa. She’s a clingy pandemic puppy - hasn’t spent much time without us - and so I was nervous that she’d pine and be anxious without us, but not at all! She settled right in with Alyssa, her dog and another boarder. Alyssa was fantastic at sending us photos and videos of what they got up to each day. They went on some great long walks despite it being mid winter and every day had lots of playtime. I’d bring my dog back to Alyssa in a heartbeat!
